OK, I have tried what I think is all of them. Has anyone had any success on a particular one?
The most effective? None. Diet supplements only slow down your metabolism, though they say otherwise. Ditch the pills, vitamins, tablets, drinks, and whatever else you bought. Just eat healthy and exercise regularly (a jog a day, etc.).
