Decided to detoxify yourself by following the 5 day body detox plan?

Let me congratulate you first. You have made a very good decision!

Due to this unbelievably polluted environment we exist in and the less than healthy food choices we make, our bodies have become toxiified. These toxins need to be flushed out every now and then but if possible, regular detoxification is the best way to do it.

 

 

The 5 day body detox plan ia all about diet, exercise, and water.

1. Diet – Eat plenty of raw, organic food. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, fish, whole grain breads, and fresh yoghurt are what you need to eat every day during this 5 day body detox plan. Don’t  eat any fast food, or anything with added preservatives, fats, or sugar. When detoxifing you can sometimes feel hungry and crave sugars, to avoid ruining everything you are trying to accomplish drink some unsweetened fruit juice or unsweetened herbal tea between the meals.

2. Exercise – Physical exercise during these five days can help bolster this detox plan. You might feel a bit weak for the first few days but you don’t have to do any strenuous exercise. A brisk walk, some cardio or anything that will get a little swet going will help clean out pores and flus the toxins stored in the skin & muscles.

3. Water – The most important part of the 5 day body detox plan. You need to drink at least your body weight in ounces of water everyday to flush the toxins out of your system. Always carry a water bottle when you go out and keep yourself hydrated all the time. We recomend alkaline water.

You should be very careful about the kind of food you eat and the water you drink during these five days. For the best results eat organic food and drink clean alkaline water.. If you were to eat what you eat every day, you will hinder the 5 day detoxification process. Similarly, if you drink straight tap water or for the most part a lot of bottled waters, you will also hinder the detoxification process.

For the 5 day, crash detox eat organic foods and drink distilled water.  If you want to keep your body in a constant state of detoxifcation and improve your day to day health it’s easy.  The most important part is to drink filtered, mineral rich alkaline water
