I have a science project..
uhgg.
but anyways–
like change in oxygen of water?
inturbidity
termperature
and pH.
how do I measure all of these?
pH: you can get little strips that change color depending on the pH (http://www.sciplus.com).
Temp:may affect conductivity, but if you do all of the samples at room temp you don’t have to worry since they will all be the same temp.
ions in the water: use an ohm meter and measure the resistance of the water and 1/R = conductance. you should make a calibration curve for different resistance/conductance values.
Change in free oxygen will be tricky.
You can also do a color test by running the sample through a fine white cloth.
