When and only when all prisoners in ALL countries are released and given equal resources along with everyone else can one make a logically consistent fair assessment of the quality of life in a country.

@akbarmohammed4eva You mean to say that the U.K. does not have factories operating in China for any of their manufacturing companies? I used to work for a man in the U.S. that made regular trips to China to help fund production of a particular gift item. He did this so it could be said our company owned the factory or that it was manufactured exclusively for us. Whichever worked to make the sale.

@reddesertsands It’s not the governments, it is the people who fund the governments that have the power. They are only concerned with profits and do not care about the environment. They figure it is the next generations problem as they will all have died by the time it becomes too bad for their own health. Look into what the World Bank truly does behind their smokescreen of “humanitarian” projects.

@reddesertsands the pollution conditions in China are orders of magnitude worse than anywhere in UK or USA. There is absolutley no current parallel to the nightmare that is going on in China today, not to mention the radiological contamination in the North East of China left over from nuclear bomb testing, the only place worse is Cherynobol . China has a problem and it includes not taking care of its population, it is in fact real 1984 orwellian stuff.
